In December 2022, we proudly achieved the prestigious Gold accreditation from Investors in People. This recognition awarded to organisations that prioritise their people and exhibit a strong dedication to the growth and development of their employees.
After undergoing a rigorous external assessment, including an anonymous survey completed by 91% of our team members, Bazaar Group has now sits in the top 4% of gold standard IIP manufacturing organisations.

Better Health at Work Award
In October 2023, we were thrilled to attain the Continuing Excellence Level of the Better Health at Work Award. This esteemed accolade celebrates the remarkable efforts made by employers throughout the North East in proactively addressing health-related issues within and beyond the workplace.
Our dedicated team of Health Advocates played a pivotal role in promoting a culture of wellbeing, sparking awareness about various health topics, and spearheading engaging activities throughout the year. In April 2026 we were thrilled to attain the new SHINE Intermediate award.
